If you cannot send to an AOL user ask them to check their "block mail" setting. AOL 9.0 incorporates mail blocking and many users have had this set to block email from non-aol users.
AOL Users can click on their "read" icon, then click "mail options", then click "block unwanted mail". They should "allow mail from all senders" to resolve this block issue. _________________ The best way to contact Compuweb support is to fill out a Tech Ticket. |

Another reason for not being able to send to an AOL address is because your IP address may be listed as sending bulk email by AOL's Postmaster.
Usually, and AOL rejection message will contain a link as to why the message was blocked. Simply click the link and read the explanation. If you still are unsure as to why your email was blocked, feel free to contact Compuweb's Technical Support Team by sending us a Tech Ticket. _________________ The best way to contact Compuweb support is to fill out a Tech Ticket. |
